From conducting a board and/or staff retreat to developing a stellar website for current and potential clients/customers to view - we can make it happen for you. Our goal and focus is to ensure that each service we provide is customized in a way that lets you know we had you in mind. Building and nurturing relationships and partnerships is one of our bedrock principles.

Executive Leadership Trainings: mPPS, LLC has developed an intensive 20 hour training curriculum for nonprofit organization executives ( i.e. Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, etc.). This training is to assist the new and/or seasoned nonprofit organization leader in understanding their role. Given the seven facets of leadership, community based organizations are hard pressed to find leaders that are: Committed | Dependable | Honest | Interpersonal | Loyal | Responsible | & Have Integrity. Our training is designed whereby organization leaders are able to balance their time in the office and step away for half a day to attend a daily four hour session to be inspired, motivated and renewed in their leadership capacity.

The Grantwich Institute©: mPPS, LLC has designed a five-day training that assists new, developing and established minority community based organizations understand the process for writing both a federal and foundation grant proposal. The world of proposal writing has changed, it is going to take strategy and precision to identify and write a proposal that will be funded. Foundations and the federal government are moving some of their processes online. There are specific obligations needing to be met prior to submitting a grant proposal online - let mPPS, LLC walk you through the highlights.

Board & Staff Retreats: mPPS, LLC understands that retreats are essential for board members, staff and volunteers to gain commitment, establish priorities, develop plans and really assess the mission and vision of the organization. They involve interaction between participants, high energy and a focus on accomplishing realistic and specific goals. We serve as the facilitator and work to identify your priorities and help in setting goals for the organization.

Organization Asessment & Development Services: mPPS, LLC has been providing professional services to nonprofit organizations for sometime now. From inception to maturity, we assist you in realizing your Greatness as a community based organization providing a much needed service to people in need. We conduct an organization needs assessment to identify specific needs, and develop, in conjunction with you, an Organization Development Plan.

Strategic Reorganization/Planning: Simply put, this is what determines where an organization is going over the next year or more and outlines how it is going to get there. Usually, the strategic reorganization/planning process is organization wide and/or focused on a major function, division, department or component of the organization. There’s no set way to do strategic planning, the idea is to have a blueprint in place once the planning process has been completed. The same processes involved with strategic planning are the same ones engaged for strategic reorganization.

Graphic and Website Design: mPPS, LLC has been creating websites for individuals, organizations and companies since the advent of the Internet. Having a presence online is no longer an option for those looking to have and maintain a competitive edge --- it's an obligation! Adding to that, keeping a website updated with the most current events or happenings is also essential to maintaining a presence online. We can develop a very basic website up to a very comprehensive website, it all depends on you the client and how you tell us you want it done. It’s our job to serve you!

Grant/Proposal Writing: Grant/Proposal Writing can be intimidating to those not familiar with asking for money or individuals not comfortable with their writing skills. It is also a challenge for those who don't understand the jargon outlined in the RFA/P ( Request For Application/Proposal). From a humble beginning of submitting small proposals to writing proposals for well over $1 million, mPPS, LLC can be sure to write and submit on your behalf a quality proposal for funding. While there are is no guarantees that you’ll be funded, we can promise to have it in on time and reviewed.
