mojaevans Professional Services, Limited is the name of the company as it is registered in Ghana, West Africa. Our primary focus is in Accra (capital) with some interests of working within the other 10 regions of the country. Our hope is to transfer our knowledge and skills around small business and non government development to partner in building and improving the infrastructure and capacity of individuals, organizations, government and businesses in Ghana.
We have attempted to offer as much of our USA operations' services in Ghana as possible. This is to assist a developing country gain equal footing of KNOWLEDGE & INFORMATION to develop infrastructure and capacity to compete locally and globally.
From working with a newly formed business by offering management consulting to developing a website that highlights a vast amount of products and services that serve to assist other businesses, we do our best to be our best in Ghana.
One of the unique things we have learned about working in Ghana is, relationships are more important than business. The culture and friendliness of the people keep us going back every four months or so. We pride ourselves in listening to hear where we could be of greater service.

Executive Leadership Trainings: mPS, LTD has developed an intensive 20 hour training curriculum for nonprofit organization executives ( i.e. Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, etc.). This training is to assist the new and/or seasoned non government organization leaders in understanding their role. Given the seven facets of leadership, organizations are hard pressed to find leaders that are: Committed | Dependable | Honest | Interpersonal | Loyal | Responsible | & Have Integrity. Our training happens over the course of three and a half days, which allows organization leaders to be inspired, motivated and renewed in their leadership capacity.

Board & Staff Retreats: mPS, LTD understands that retreats are essential for board members, staff and volunteers to gain commitment, establish priorities, develop plans and really assess the mission and vision of the organization. They involve interaction between participants, high energy and a focus on accomplishing realistic and specific goals. We serve as the facilitator and work to identify your priorities and help in setting goals for the organization.

Organization Asessment & Development Services:mPS, LTD has been providing professional services to non governmental organizations for sometime now. From inception to maturity, we assist you in realizing your Greatness as a non governmental organization providing a much needed service to Ghanaian people in need. We conduct an organization needs assessment to identify specific needs, and develop, in conjunction with you, an Organization Development Plan.

Strategic Reorganization/Planning: Simply put, this is what determines where an non governmental organization is going over the next year or more and outlines how it is going to get there. Usually, the strategic reorganization/planning process is organization wide and/or focused on a major function, division, department or component of the organization. There’s no set way to do strategic planning, the idea is to have a blueprint in place once the planning process has been completed. The same processes involved with strategic planning are the same ones engaged for strategic reorganization.

Graphic and Website Design:mPS, LTD has been creating websites for individuals, organizations and companies since the advent of the Internet. Having a presence online is no longer an option to acquire an international presence --- it's an obligation! Adding to that, keeping a website updated with the most current events or happenings is also essential to maintaining a presence online. We can develop a very basic website up to a very comprehensive website, it all depends on you the client and how you tell us you want it done. It’s our job to serve you!
