mPPS, LLC has developed an intensive 20 hour training curriculum for nonprofit organization executives (i.e. Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, etc.). This training is to assist the new and/or seasoned nonprofit organization leader in understanding their role. Given the seven facets of leadership, community based organizations are hard pressed to find leaders that are:
Committed | Dependable | Honest
Interpersonal | Loyal | Responsible | & Have Integrity
mPPS has designed a system whereby organization leaders are able to balance their time in the office and step away for half a day to attend a daily four hour session to be inspired, motivated and renewed in their roles as leaders. The Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI) focuses on 14 key areas needed for organization management:
| Change Management |
Community Development |
| Financial Control Systems |
Developing Mission, Vision, and Values |
| Human Resource Management |
Leadership Development |
| Media/Public Relations |
Organization Governance |
| Program & Organization Evaluation |
Program Development |
| Resource Development |
Strategic Planning & Forward Thinking |
| Technology Planning & Development |
Using Current Technology to Lead |
As the 21st century continues to unfold, more and more organizations are experiencing a lapse in leadership and direction. We encourage you to attend this institute if you are looking to connect with peers from your area who will share their stories of triumph and ways to overcome obstacles on the leadership journey. We are also able to provide the EDLI to your organization based on an assessment conducted by mPPS.
For more information on attending the next EDLI, please call 888-458-2735; email executivetrainings@mppsllc.com. We look forward to seeing you grow and develop in your role as an organization leader.
