Executive Trainings

 

mPPS, LLC has developed an intensive 20 hour training curriculum for nonprofit organization executives (i.e. Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, etc.). This training is to assist the new and/or seasoned nonprofit organization leader in understanding their role. Given the seven facets of leadership, community based organizations are hard pressed to find leaders that are:

mPPS has designed a system whereby organization leaders are able to balance their time in the office and step away for half a day to attend a daily four hour session to be inspired, motivated and renewed in their roles as leaders. The Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI) focuses on 14 key areas needed for organization management:

Financial Control Systems Developing Mission, Vision, and Values
Human Resource Management Leadership Development
Media/Public Relations Organization Governance
Program & Organization Evaluation Program Development
Resource Development Strategic Planning & Forward Thinking
Technology Planning & Development Using Current Technology to Lead
